2016 was another record setting year for Edgewater! Once again the team was able to meet and exceed goals set at the beginning of the year. 2017 has the Edgewater community officially moving into the final stretch. At this point the community has a limited number of single family home sites remaining. Also, there are only two Paired Homes and 3 Manor Flat condos remaining. The architectural team just released updated home designs including another exciting new KACIN built townhome. The new Park Place Townhomes have amazing customizable designs that have been updated both inside and out! These will be the final townhomes to be constructed in the community.
The KACIN team is extremely proud to see their vision become a reality. The development continues to grow into a world class neighborhood recognized by our customers and professional groups alike. However, the team is even more honored by the neighbors who call Edgewater home. There is no doubt that 2017 will be another exciting year.
