KACIN GENERAL CONTRACTORS COMPLETES AUTO SHOWROOM CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION PROJECTS

Murrysville, PA, January 2011 - KACIN General Contractors has built a 23,000 square-foot dealership for Shorkey Kia in Irwin. The structure sits on a seven-acre site and includes a showroom, customer lounge, vehicle delivery and service areas, other customer touch points and replacement part storage space. KACIN used composite metal panels, synthetic coatings and specially-treated glass to help Shorkey meet Kia Image Program requirements.

KACIN also completed interior and exterior modifications for Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville. The project converted the dealership from a Saturn sales location according to Hyundai’s guidelines. “Our work reflects automobile manufacturers’ increasingly precise requirements about the ‘look and feel’ that dealerships in their networks must have, as well as changes to their brand lineups,” says Jeff Ferris, vice president, KACIN General Contractors. "As a result of those trends, we will be doing numerous renovations and conversions throughout 2011." KACIN Completes Auto Showroom Projects
