Anytime FitnessOakmont, PALocated in the Edgewater Commercial Building in Oakmont. 6,400 sq. ft. 1st floor tenant buildout for Anytime Fitness, a 24-hour health and fitness club complete with open floor training area, offices and a lobby all using corporate branding.

APLM Professional SuitesMurrysville, PANewly constructed Medical Professional Building built for the doctors with room for additional tenant buildouts. 5,400 square-foot brick building nestled along Old William Penn Highway in Murrysville. This site was uniquely developed to allow the building to set nicely onto the lot while allowing ample parking. The building was beautifully landscaped to allow privacy to the surrounding residences. -
Dura-Bond IndustriesExport, PAOver 8,200 sq. ft. two-story building designed and built to keep the historical theme of the small town of Export which has been home to Dura-Bond Industries since 1960. This all-brick building is the New Corporate Office complete with executive offices, sales offices, kitchen and large second floor conference room with a large decorative window which allows for natural lighting and a view to the outside. -
Edgewater Commercial BuildingOakmont, PAOwned and Managed by RBJ Partners Commercial an affiliated entity. Approximately 28,000 sq. ft. multi use two-story building. Edgewater is currently home to The Lot, UPMC Primary Care, Anytime Fitness and Vorteq.

Export Train StationExport, PALocated in the heart of Export this 1,300 sq. ft. new building built by The J.M. Hall Trust is complete with a conference room, display area for the Export Historical Society and restrooms. Serves as a visitor’s center along the Westmoreland Heritage Trail.

Springer State FarmVerona, PAComplete 1,030 sq. ft. renovation and 1,200 sq. ft. addition transforming this once residential building into the new home for Springer State Farm Insurance Agency located on Hulton Road in Plum Borough. -
UPMC Primary CareOakmont, PAThis second-floor tenant buildout is the new home for UPMC Primary Care with 5,900 sq. ft. of space complete with reception and waiting area, offices, and exam rooms.

Leed's Business AccessoriesNew Kensington, PAExpanded the wholesale luggage and accessories company's office and warehouse space by 50,000 square feet.
