Construction & renovation of a 23,000 square-foot showroom to display Suzuki & Jeep vehicles, including:

• New administrative office space
• Renovation of the Service & Parts Departments
• Adding five enclosed-canopy, service drive-through lanes where
customers can park their vehicles and initiate work orders with
service advisors

• Built a 23,400 square-foot Image Dealership on Route 30 in Greensburg
• Balanced Acura's corporate-specified design requirements with the property's natural features

This project was particularly challenging because of the need to follow the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's strict regulations when filling in a stream on the property that was more than 240 feet long.
