KACIN General Contractors manages the design and construction of commercial and industrial facilities throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. The company is headquartered in the Pittsburgh suburb of Murrysville and was established 51 years ago. Most KACIN projects are in Pittsburgh’s eastern suburbs, and in neighboring Westmoreland County.

Although KACIN designs and builds commercial and industrial buildings, Richard Kacin and his team of experienced professionals are really in the business of building partnerships.

On most projects, KACIN uses the design/build approach by coordinating the activities of architects and sub-contractors. This management style eliminates many headaches that clients traditionally encounter during new construction, renovation or expansion projects and allows jobs to be completed on-time and on-budget.

Since Richard Kacin started the company in 1960, KACIN has built more than 700 commercial and industrial facilities, including office buildings, auto dealerships, warehouses, country clubs, hospitals, houses of worship, manufacturing plants, and research & development complexes.
