KACIN General Contractors Constructs Building for Baldor Electric

Murrysville, Pa., January 19, 2007 -- KACIN Contractors recently completed construction of a 10,000 square-foot, pre-engineered sales, warehouse and office building for Baldor Electric in the Westmoreland Business & Research Park in New Kensington. Baldor is a Ft. Smith, Arkansas-based designer and manufacturer of electric motors, drives and generators used in industrial applications.

“KACIN made the experience of building a new facility extremely easy,” says Shawn Connelly, Baldor Electric’s district manager. “They handled everything, kept me informed of progress, and met our timetable and budget.”
