KACIN, Inc. is a general contractor that specializes in the development of commercial, industrial and upscale residential properties in Pittsburgh's eastern suburbs and in neighboring Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Although KACIN General Contractors designs and builds commercial, industrial and residential structures, Richard KACIN and his team of experienced professionals are really in the business of building partnerships.
On most projects, we use the design/build approach by coordinating the activities of architects and sub-contractors. This management style eliminates many headaches that clients traditionally encounter during construction or renovation, minimizes construction costs and allows jobs to be completed on-time and on-budget.
Since Richard KACIN started the company in 1960, KACIN has built more than 600 manufacturing and research facilities, warehouses, restaurants, country clubs, hospitals and houses of worship, as well as more than 1,500 homes.
